Week 1 Complete!

We have officially finished week one of BBG pre-training. Three of Kayla’s resistance circuits and three days of LISS cardio. I don’t want to be overdramatic, but I already feel like my body is changing. I have way more energy and feel stronger from the circuit workouts. It hasn’t been an easy week… The workouts are HARD and it’s been a whirlwind of emotions. I know for me personally, as a chocolate addict 🙂 , the nutrition has been the hardest. But this is a journey and a learning experience. I’m learning so much about myself throughout this transformation process. I’m just trying to take it one day at a time, and I know that each day I will do better than the last.
